Cobblestone Townhomes

Cobblestone Townhomes is a unique project using Low Impact Development design. A natural storm water management approach that uses plants and soil to slow, filter, and cleanse storm water from streets. Traditional storm water management directs runoff into pipes. Greyhawk Apartments

Greyhawk is located in St. George, which allowed us to use a more tropical plant palette around the property. Different types of palms were clumped to provide variety of heights in plants. We worked closely with the developers to develop water features and play amenities for residents of the area to view and use.

S-Line Townhomes

These townhomes presented many amazing design opportunities. It is located along the S-Line light rail track for convenience of the residents to commute around the city. Guidelines required a plaza and amenities along the rails. We designed squares of grasses in the sidewalk with a seating area for residents to wait.
