Riverton Flex
In an effort to advance the efforts in water conservation, Riverton Flex industrial buildings included massing’s of drought tolerant plantings instead of traditional lawn. These two buildings emphasized the lines from the building into the landscape and incorporated additional plantings to create a nice industrial park for the tenants.
Northwest Quadrant
Working closely with the city, we revolutionized the Northwest Quadrant area in Salt Lake City with the use of extremely drought tolerant and native plantings. This area is being built up adjacent to the airport but still needs to provide areas of habitat with forbes and fauna. We worked to add drought tolerant trees into this area to reduce the heat island effect in the parking lots and create a nicer feel in the area.
