Diversify Office
This project required a UDOT permit with specific buffer requirements along the road. It also had slope constraints through the site that caused issues in fitting all of the required items on the property. We utilized retaining walls to help accommodate and incorporated a couple varieties of rock for visual interest on the steep slopes.

DBS Storage
For DBS Storage we worked closely with the client on the architecture of the actual building helping to pick adjust external overhangs, materials, and window placement. Being at this stage of the design allowed us to create pockets and areas where building and landscape can work together to create amazing places.
Game Point
This client approached us to help create a miniature golf course with an outdoor reception area on the property. Our conceptual plans brought us to the idea of golfing through Utah geological sites. We proposed constructing miniature versions of some of our state treasures: Salt Flats and Jetty, Dinosaur National Monument, Horseshoe Bend, Arches, Zions, Park City Slopes and Waterfalls that can be found in many places around Utah. In designing, we wanted to make sure that all of the area was used in the best way possible. The backs of reconstructed geological sites for the mini golf course would provide backdrops and privacy for the reception area. This large area for parties transformed from just a large rectangle of concrete, to a more enclosed and personal space where the user can feel special while all of the surrounding entertainment could continue to take place. This patio and reception space can provide room for a 200person event, fire pit seating for up to 15 people and restaurant seating for 80 with separation and room to spare.
