The FMC Dialysis Medical Centers were located in many areas along the Wasatch Front. These buildings each had different constraints, but all of them required specific requirements due to medical access restraints. All of the locations also required the use of a xeriscape landscape with hardy plants and efficient, economical design that was easy to maintain. We also had to incorporate existing plants with our new design to meet city requirements. Many of the sites had interesting landscapes with severe slopes or locations near environmental easements. Although each site presented a different scope, the overall design was to provide a beautiful landscape to match their interesting buildings.
